[Weather] Frequent showers until Thursday with heat wave

Under the heat, 5 to 40 millimeters of showers will fall in the Jeolla-do provinces and western parts of Gyeongsang-do provinces tomorrow.

In addition, light rain is expected in the central parts of the country including Seoul around dawn on Thursday.

As we enter September, tropical nights have cooled down in most areas.

However, heat wave warnings are still in place around the south and Jeju Island.

In these areas, it feels close to 33 degrees Celsius.

As the heat continues for the time being, there will be frequent showers under the heat as well.

Tomorrow morning, Seoul, Daegu, and Gyeongju will start off at 23 degrees, Chuncheon at 21 degrees.

Highs will top out at around 30 to 32 degrees, very similar to today.

Similar temperatures will continue throughout the rest of the week.
