[Weather] Frequent showers and rain continue amid heat wave in south

With strong and heavy rain falling, heavy rain warnings were issued for the eastern parts of Jeju Island, and heavy rain advisories in the mountainous areas of Jeju Island today. Tomorrow, there will be showers in Chungcheongnam-do Province and the southern parts of the country between morning and evening, and on Thursday, there will be rain in the central parts and showers in the southern parts of the country.

Heat wave warnings are still in place in the south and Jeju Island. In these areas, it feels as hot as 33 degrees Celsius. As the heat continues for the time being, there will be frequent showers as well.

Tomorrow morning, Seoul, Daegu, and Gyeongju will start off at 23 degrees, Busan at 25 degrees.

Highs will top out at around 30 to 32 degrees, very similar to today.

This summer heat will ease off a bit on this weekend.
