[Weather] Rain until tomorrow afternoon, be careful of heavy rain

The first day of September had started with rain across the country today.

In particular, strong and heavy rain has been falling around the central regions.

By tomorrow, it will rain up to 80 millimeters in Chungcheongnam-do and the Jeolla-do provinces, and up to 60 millimeters in the Seoul metropolitan area, inland areas of Gangwon-do, and the Gyeongsang-do provinces.

This rain will mostly subside by tomorrow afternoon.

With rain falling, most of the heat wave warnings in the central areas have been lifted.

It only rose to 29 degrees Celsius in Seoul during the day today.

The heat wave is expected to ease off a bit tomorrow as well.

Tomorrow morning, Seoul and Gyeongju will start off at 23 degrees, Chuncheon at 22 degrees.

Daytime temperatures will move up to around 30 to 32 degrees all over the country.

On Wednesday, showers are forecast for the Jeolla-do provinces and Jeju Island.
