The rain gradually stopped this afternoon in most parts of the country but some eastern areas will continue to have rain until tonight.
The expected amount of rain is up to 80 millimeters in the Jeolla-do provinces, 10 to 50 millimeters in western parts of Gangwon-do and Gyeongsangnam-do Provinces.
With rain falling, the daytime temperature was 1 to 2 degrees lower than yesterday, but the heat felt worse than actual readings as the air continues to be humid.
Seoul will rise to 32 degrees Celsius tomorrow and there will be many places above 30 degrees mainly in Jeollabuk-do Province, the Gyeongsang-do provinces and Jeju Island, where a heat wave warning is in place.
Tomorrow morning, Seoul, Gwangju and Daegu will start off at 24 degrees, Busan at 25 degrees.
Highs will move up to around 31 to 32 degrees across the country.
The heat wave warnings are expected to be expanded again tomorrow around the western regions.
That's all for Korea. Here are the weather conditions around the world.
