[Weather] Heat will continue day and night for the time being

With hot conditions everywhere, heat wave warning areas have been further expanded to some central and northern parts of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province today.

There were many places where the daytime temperatures rose to around 35 degrees Celsius, with Samcheok and Pohang reaching 36 degrees.

This heat will continue day and night for the time being.

In particular, the daytime temperature in Seoul will rise to 33 degrees on Saturday, which is Cheoseo on the traditional calendar which is a season when the heat will go away and a cool autumn will come back.

Tomorrow morning, Seoul, Daejeon, Gwangju, and Daegu will start off at 25 degrees.

Seoul and Busan will move up to 32 degrees, Daegu and Gyeongju 35 degrees.

Showers are forecast in Gyeonggi-do, northern parts of Gangwon-do, Jeollanam-do and Gyeongsangnam-do Provinces tomorrow.
