S. Korea completes removing anti-N. Korea loudspeakers; no signs from the North yet

South Korea has completed the dismantling of loudspeakers directed toward North Korea.

Some twenty speakers along the front-line areas have been removed and will be stored at nearby military units.

This latest move follows the suspension of loudspeaker broadcasts by the Lee Jae Myung administration as it entered office in June.

North Korea has yet to acknowledge this latest extension of an olive branch.
