President Lee begins five-day summer vacation

President Lee Jae Myung officially began his five-day summer vacation today.

According to the Presidential Office, he is staying on Jeodo Island in Geoje City, Gyeongsangnam-do Province, and plans to reflect on national affairs and recharge by reading and watching films.

The top office says it has activated an "emergency reporting system," as the President intends to continue monitoring key issues, including those related to people's livelihoods.
