If only we could jump right into the autumn from today's fine summer weather at least here in the capital, we had bearable heat under partly sunny skies.
However, a heat advisory was reissued across much of Korea as of this afternoon, and the heat will get stronger tomorrow.
Meanwhile, tonight we can expect rain to come and go in most regions, and Gyeongsang-do provinces will see heavy rain of up to 80 millimeters into tomorrow at dawn.
Tropical nights will return to most regions tomorrow, Seoul, Gwangju and Busan beginning the day at 26 degrees Celsius.
By the afternoon, Seoul and Daejeon will get up to 33 degrees Celsius, Daegu and Gyeongju will be at 35 degrees with a chance of passing showers in some parts.
For now, we are looking at heavy downpours to hit the central regions on Wednesday. Then southern provinces will see heavier rain on Thursday.
That's Korea for you, here's a look at the international weather conditions.
