President Lee begins five-day summer vacation

President Lee Jae Myung began his five-day summer break today.

According to the Presidential Office he's spending his holiday on Jeodo Island in Geoje City, Gyeongsangnam-do Province, and plans to reflect on national affairs and to recharge by reading books and watching films.

The top office has also activated an "emergency reporting system" as the President intends to continue monitoring key issues including those related to people's livelihoods.
