Korean, U.S. top diplomats to meet Thursday, likely to discuss Lee-Trump summit, alliance modernization

Foreign Minister Cho Hyun is set to sit down with his American counterpart Marco Rubio in Washington, D.C. on Thursday local time.

The meeting will mark their first face-to-face as top diplomats and follows the recently concluded trade talks between their two administrations.
