"Like JENNIE" chosen as best K-pop song of 2025 so far by Billboard critics

On the entertainment front, BLACKPINK Jennie's single "Like JENNIE" has been selected as the Best K-pop Song of 2025 by Billboard critics.

According to the Billboard website on Monday, "Like JENNIE" ranked first out of the 25 standout singles from this year so far.

Billboard praised the artist's ability to "flip all expectations of what constitutes a K-pop hit today," and highlighted the song's blend of Korean into a mostly English record.
