In China's southwestern city of Chengdu on Thursday, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese visited Fu Ni, the giant panda that returned from Adelaide Zoo in Australia after a 15-year loan.
Albanese and his partner, Jodie Haydon, visited the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, where they greeted Fu Ni and praised her as "a great friend of Australia."
The visit concluded his six-day state visit to China.
Fu Ni and her partner Wang Wang were replaced by female giant panda Yi Lan and male Xing Qiu at the Adelaide Zoo.
