Nvidia pushes Nasdaq to record high close on Tues.

The tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite closed its Tuesday trading session with another record high, thanks to gains from U.S. chipmaker Nvidia.

Despite major selloffs overall on Wall Street, the Nasdaq rallied on the back of major gains from Nvidia,.. to finish the day up zero-point-1-8 percent, to close at a new all-time high of 20-thousand-677-point-8-0.

Nvidia jumped more than four percent on the day to close above 170 U.S. dollars.

Tuesday's gains come on the back of the company unveiling its plans to resume sales of H20 AI chips to China.
