New K-pop artists and producers added to Recording Academy membership

More than 10 K-pop artists and producers have been added to the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences making them eligible to vote in the Grammy Awards.

According to Korean entertainment company HYBE 16 of its artists and producers including Zico and Slow Rabbit will be able to cast their ballots starting from the 68th Grammys next February.

Some of the current members with the right to vote include all members of BTS.

The Recording Academy selects new members each year through evaluations by current members.
