South Korea has successfully conducted a safety separation flight test of its homegrown long-range air-to-surface guided missile.
According to the state-run procurement agency the test was conducted on Monday and comes as part of its plan to develop missiles for the KF-21 fighter jets for precision strikes on enemy targets.
More tests are scheduled to be carried out in the future before simulations involving a KF-21 prototype starting in 2027.
