South Korea and Japan have decided to temporarily set up separate immigration counters for each other's citizens in June, to make traveling easier.
The pilot program will run for a month from 9 AM to 4 PM at four airports: South Korea's Gimpo and Gimhae airports, and Japan's Fukuoka and Haneda airports.
The fast lane services will be available to South Korean and Japanese citizens who have visited the other country at least once in the past year.
The two nations agreed to launch the service as they celebrate the 60th anniversary of their diplomatic relations this year.
