Tensions get worse between India and Pakistan with drone and missile attacks

Tensions between India and Pakistan are getting worse.

Both sides keep attacking and retaliating with drone and missile strikes.

India stated on Thursday, it had intercepted Pakistani airstrikes on its military sites, while Pakistan denied this, and claimed it shot down 25 Indian drones.

On the same day, India carried out airstrikes in parts of Punjab and Pakistan-administered Kashmir.

This came a day after India claimed to have struck nine "terrorist infrastructure" sites in Pakistan in response to the massacre of 26 individuals, mostly Indian tourists, by militants in April.
