Constitutional Court dismisses impeachment of Justice Minister Park Sung-jae over alleged martial law participation

The Constitutional Court has dismissed the National Assembly's motion to impeach Justice Minister Park Sung-jae.

The Court on Thursday unanimously declared its decision NOT to uphold the dismissal of Park on allegations of collusion to impose martial law citing the lack of tangible evidence.

This ruling immediately reinstated Park into his post after almost four months of absence.
