Consumer prices in South Korea in March saw an increase in the two-percent range for the third consecutive month.
According to inflation data from Statistics Korea, consumer prices in March increased by 2-point-1 percent year-on-year.
Notably, marine products went up by four-point-nine percent and processed foods went up by three-point-six percent.
Recent consumer price data shows a steady rise in the low two-percent range over the past three months, slightly higher than September to December last year when inflation was in the one-percent range.
