Rain turned into snow today in areas with low temperatures.
As the heavy snow advisories and warnings were extended further, heavy snow advisories were also issued in the eastern and southern parts of Seoul.
Up to 40 centimeters or more has been falling in the mountainous areas of Gangwon-do Province and up to 30 centimeters in the northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province.
