[Weather] Temperatures will rise, dry weather in most areas

As temperatures rise, the long cold spell is gradually receding.

Daily highs will move up to 9 degrees in Daejeon and Gwangju, 12 degrees in Busan and Jeju.

As the days continue to warm up, the temperature in Seoul will exceed 10 degrees the day after tomorrow.
