[Weather] Cold wave advisories in place, the weather will get colder

Even though spring-like conditions were warming up the country last week, the cold has made a return.

In Seoul today, the daytime temperature dropped by 7 degrees Celsius in one day.

In addition, cold wave advisories have been issued in eastern parts of Gangwon-do Province and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province.

It will get colder tomorrow with the morning temperature in Seoul plunging to minus 5 degrees Celsius.

On Tuesday and Wednesday it will drop even further to minus 7 degrees.

The feels-like temperature will stay around minus 10 degrees.

The weather will get colder with stronger cold waves this whole week. Please dress extra warm.

Tomorrow, the whole country will start off at below zero degrees with Gwangju at minus 4 degrees and Busan at minus 3.

Daily highs will move up to 3 degrees in Chuncheon, 5 degrees in Daegu.

With strong winds blowing, east coast areas are drying up for the time being. Extra precautions are necessary to avoid any accidents.
