Heavy snowfall warnings across S. Korea lifted; no fatalities reported in accidents caused by snow

Heavy snowfall warnings that were issued nationwide on this Wednesday morning have been lifted.

The Interior Ministry has also lowered its alert level from "caution" to "attention."

Treacherous road conditions earlier in the day led to a number of accidents and road closures as well as flight cancellations.

No severe casualties have reported.
