Addressing the National Assembly today Kweon highlighted the importance of a parliamentary approval within this month to jump-start economic recovery as Korea faces mounting internal and external concerns.

He also elaborated on the need to amend the Constitution to decentralize presidential authority to ease political strife among rival parties.
