At least 20 killed in car bomb attack in northern Syria

At least 20 people were killed in a car bomb attack in the northern Syria on Monday.

According to authorities there a car filled with explosives blew up next to a truck carrying agricultural workers most of them female.

The Syrian leadership has vowed to bring those responsible for the appalling assault to justice but no one has claimed responsibility for the attack as of yet.
