[Weather] Cold conditions tomorrow, snow forecast for western parts

The temperature in Seoul this morning plummeted by around 7 degrees compared to the day before.

With the cold wind, the feels-like temperatures also dropped to minus 11 degrees Celsius this morning.

Tomorrow morning, Seoul will be at minus 5 degrees Celsius, very similar to today.

Tomorrow, snow is also forecast mainly for western regions including Seoul.
